THE best apartment house in Vienna!! We spent a few months in this house earlier this year and we're still raving about it. Whether it was the perfectly equipped kitchen, the great location, the bright and friendly decor, everything was perfect here. The gym in the basement makes the athlete's heart blossom. For cardio there is a rowing machine, a running machine and a stepper. (High End Equipment) A large barbell horizontal bar with enough weight plates. Dumbbells up to 25kg. Everything very well maintained. BUT what was and is really outstanding is the hospitality and efforts of the owners. Jane and Peter are the heart of this beautiful home. Rarely have I met such friendly and accommodating hosts. I fondly remember our coffee chats. When we come back to Vienna we know exactly where we will live. You feel at home here <3

Due to water damage in our apartment, it was necessary to look for replacement accommodation for 2-3 months --> due to its proximity to our apartment, we came across Premium Green Apartments. We felt very comfortable for a long time, cleanliness (cleaning included once a week), facilities, friendliness and accessibility of the owners were really TOP! You can clearly see the customer focus here. Fitness center also included ;-) Absolutely recommended both for short-term stays in Vienna (U4 within walking distance - in about 15 minutes in the 1st district) and for longer-term stays like in our case - we would choose the apartments again for our stay at any time ! If you are looking for peace and relaxation combined with a top home gym, you must book here! I was looking for a quiet, private apartment to prepare for an important appointment and what can I write, all expectations were exceeded. Very clean, well equipped (Miele appliances, shading, air conditioning, rain shower, fitness room and much more), extremely private and quiet and super lovely hosts. The surroundings and public transport connections are a dream. I would definitely like to come back.
